The spa is good and comfortable, and the hotel room is spacious. it is located near the lake and the bus stop, which makes transportation convenient.

The fittings were poor, with a broken bedside cabinet, a leak in the roof above the toilet, and a leaking shower door. the breakfast options were very average.

We had a great stay in this city. Best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel, its excellent location near the lake, visitor center, and bus station. We loved that it was next to the pier as well. We found the breakfast to be good, and the staff was helpful.

Nothing all excellent.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near Sun Moon Lake. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location was perfect, right next to the pier where you can catch the motorised boats that take you around the lake. It was also conveniently close to the bus station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and provided good service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were all in place, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. The higher floors, above the lobby, offered even better views. Plus, the breakfast provided was satisfying and varied.

Everything was fine - nothing to complain about.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, as it is not far from the bus station and very close to the lake. The staff provide great service and are friendly and helpful. The rooms on higher floors, especially those with a balcony, offer a good view of the surroundings.

No major issues were noticed during my stay.

The rooms had a clean feel to them and had adequate space. The bathroom had a great shower with hot water and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was tasty. The location was convenient and there were several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The bed was very hard, not at all comfortable for multiple night stays. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable as well. The room had poor sound insulation and we could hear every movement from the hallway. The wifi was spotty and slow. not worth the money spent during our Christmas stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel close to the water, with easy access to public transportation. the pier was right next door and the bus station was not far away. Our room was clean and spacious, with a big bathroom and comfortable bed. the staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the balcony view was amazing.

The mattress was a little too firm for our liking.
